Oh Robin what a gorgeous post indeed. I have made a re-commitment to absorbing all the wisdom I can from nature--flowers in particular hold a secret for all of us if we pay attention--bloom boldly and brightly and take on each moment with color and fragrance and spirit. Your post allowed me that moment of respite to linger in your magical garden! What a gift Robin, thank you!

Thanks, Gerry. Nature is strong medicine for us: it blooms and flowers, even under harsh conditions--in sidewalk cracks. After forest fires. In melting snow.

I feel like we can take a lesson from Nature's ways. After all, we are Her!

This is lovely, Robin. I read this after returning from a walk in Redgate Park, a place that I live to experience in all 4 seasons. As for transition… I miss walking there with my dog Berry. He, too, lived the park.

I love Redgate, too, Janeane, and often take my dogs there. What's even better, I often go there to meet up with my kids and all our dogs, and Ruby for walks--in all four seasons.

I know how special it was for Berry--I miss that sweet boy!
